Super great quality, crystal clear. I’ve been self producing on a budget for 14 years now started off with a webcam mic and now I’m “hear”. So far I love it, I’m excited for what the future has in store. *I just use the USB feature to my computer and monitor it through my computer. No fancy stuff in between. The gain set 50-75 is more than enough*

I agree with others. The gain is soft on USB and no knob to adjust. It’s a little better on the XLR because I can use audio interface. It’s still usable with USB but you need to be close to it all the time

Bought this for some light VO work. This mic would also be great for podcasting, if that’s your thing. The stand is sturdy and you can plug headphones directly into the bottom of the mic. The pop shield is decent. There is a mute switch on the mic itself. Mic will pick up with good quality from a few feet away as well. If you get too close, you’ll be treading into asmr territory….which is for simpletons. I’ve used it while playing video games and get constant compliments on clarity.
